A family owned funeral home that is dedicated to taking the time to fulfill your family expectations.
Located in Fort Worth, TX and offers burial services at all cemeteries
Baumgardner Funeral Home was established in Crowley in March, 1971 by Marlin C. and Betty Baumgardner and their twin sons, Allen and James.
Previous to starting their own business with their parents, Allen and James had spent several years in the funeral industry working at other funeral homes. In May of 1973 at the early age of 31, James passed away from cancer. Later that same year, the Baumgardners purchased the Miller Funeral Home on Camp Bowie in Fort Worth. In 1984, the success of their business created the need to expand to a larger funeral home and thereby, purchasing the building where they are currently located. This facility was completely remodeled inside and out in 2016. The location at 3704 Benbrook Highway, Fort Worth is a perfect location to serve families from all over Fort Worth and nearby cities and counties.
In 1997, at the age of 83, Marlin Baumgardner passed way and in 2003, at the age of 89, Betty Baumgardner passed away. Carrying on the Baumgardner name and tradition is Allen Baumgardner, Sr. and his wife, Judy who continue to operate as a family owned business and take pride in the personal and compassionate service provided to all the families we serve.
